RUSSEL V. MANCINO:
Russel Mancino is a graduate of St. Peter's College and Seton Hall Law School. He was
admitted to the NJ Bar and US District Court, Third Circuit Bar in 1989. After completing his clerkship
with the Honorable Robert F. Cavanaugh, J.S.C. in 1990, he became associated with the Law Firm of Bumgardner,
Hardin and Ellis, and immediately began his practice concentration in the area of Medical Malpractice defense.
His clients included hospitals, nurses, dentists and physicians of varying specialties. Mr. Mancino quickly
gained approval to try cases for the Princeton Insurance Company and Health Care Insurance Company. In 1999
Mr. Mancino took a position with Braff, Harris and Sukoneck. He headed the firm's Medical Malpractice Group,
which worked primarily with the PHICO Insurance Group and NJPLIGA. Mr. Mancino's practice is presently dedicated
to malpractice actions, and he has considerable experience in defense of complex commercial matters, personal
injury matters involving product liability, automobile negligence and premises liability. He is a member and
Lecturer of the NJ Bar Association, Young Lawyers' Division: Working Up Personal Injury Cases From the Defense
Perspective.

CATHERINE MARY CARTON:
Catherine Carton is a graduate of Muhlenberg College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1995) and Rutgers University (J.D., 1998).
She was admitted to the NJ and NY Bars in 1999. She served as a Law Secretary to the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman from
1998-1999. Ms. Carton is also a graduate of the Hadyn Proctor American Inns of Court, member of the Monmouth County
Bar Association, and is experienced in trials of complex personal injury actions, products liability, auto negligence
and premises liability. She is also fluent in the French language.

EILEEN McGANN:
Eileen McGann Graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1986.
She also earned her B.A. from Fordham University in 1979. Ms. McGann was a former Law Clerk to the
Honorable John Boyle, J.S.C., as well as the Honorable Cuddie Davison, J.S.C. in 1986-87.

COLLEEN L. BRANDT:
Colleen Brandt graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Biology and went on to graduate the
Seton Hall University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1997. She was admitted to the NJ Bar in
1998 and the NY Bar in 2000. Ms. Brandt served as a summer intern for the Honorable James F. Mulvihill,
Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, Family Part in 1995. She is experienced in Insurance
Defense, Medical Malpractice Defense, Dental Malpractice Defense, Civil Rights Violation Defense,
Workers' Compensation Defense, Premises Liability, PIP, General Litigation, Real Estate, Dram Shop,
Environmental, Contracts and Matrimonial matters.

PHYLLIS W. FRIEDMAN, Of Counsel:
Phyllis (Widman) Friedman is a graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Communication.
She continued her education at Syracuse University College of Law, graduating in 1998. Mrs. Friedman
served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert O'Hagen, Superior Court of New Jersey in 1998, and was
thereafter admitted to the NJ Bar and US District Court. She is experienced in a variety of aspects
of entertainment law, in addition to personal injury, products liability, auto negligence and premises
liability. She is presently an instructor at Rutgers University, Newark, New Jersey.
